General Objective of the Campaign

Because words make a difference and hope gives life, the #Pen_and_Hope campaign aims to restore the dignity of our children by granting them the right to return to school. This will be achieved through the renovation of schools destroyed during a long and unjust war, reopening the doors of knowledge so that the pen may once again be a symbol, and hope a bridge toward a more just and humane future.

The first mission of our campaign is to restore 10 schools in the devastated areas of Eastern Ghouta—once full of life and the greenery of Syria, today stripped of its color and left as a witness to the ashes of weary memory. Yet, we will shake off the dust of despair.

It is our duty toward Ghouta and its schools to bring back the laughter of children that was silenced too soon.

Our children are waiting with eager hope for their right to return to education. Do not delay their hope. Be part of the hope and prove that the conscience of humanity is still alive.
